Maybe you have always been intuitive.
Maybe unusual experiences began when you were young. Or perhaps there was one dream, coincidence, feeling, image, or sudden knowing that made you wonder:
Am I psychic?
Dr. Athena Drewes believes curiosity is a perfectly reasonable place to begin—but a label is not.
How Do I Know If I Am Psychic? is designed to help you explore your experiences more carefully. Instead of treating every coincidence as evidence, you’ll learn to record impressions before you know the outcome, notice both apparent hits and misses, identify recurring patterns, and become more precise about how information seems to arrive.
The workbook introduces the seven “Clairs”—clear seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing, tasting, smelling, and touching—along with mediumship and other commonly reported experiences such as precognition, telepathy, empathic sensitivity, remote impressions, and intuitive knowing.
From there, the book becomes hands-on.
You’ll build a personal experience inventory, map your strongest channels, create a timeline of meaningful experiences, keep dream and impression journals, experiment with meditation and attention, and try structured observation exercises using colored objects and Zener cards.
The emphasis throughout is observation before interpretation.
That distinction is important. Rather than asking you to prove something about yourself, Dr. Athena encourages you to notice what repeats, what doesn’t, what seems specific versus vague, and whether your impressions remain meaningful when they are recorded before the outcome is known.
The workbook culminates in a four-week exploration plan that moves through noticing, focusing, testing, and reviewing your own experience.
If you are already curious, this workbook does not tell you what to believe.
It gives you a much better tool:
A way to investigate your own experience thoughtfully.
